Starting from 4 January 2021, Group Fitness classes will be available. Bookings will not be required for this service and users will need to use our QR contact tracing system upon arrival prior to starting their class.

Aqua Movers: A low impact class aimed at maintaining physical function and improving motor skills through movement in water. Promoting correct posture and alignment, improves self-confidence, and cardiovascular fitness. It is set to fun music with an emphasis on social interaction.

Strong Movers: This class incorporates functional movements and minimal impact cardio and light resistance to build all over body strength and flexibility in older adults. (55 and Over) It is for all abilities and fitness levels, do not let injury put you off we account for all in an enjoyable and social atmosphere.

Walking Group: A great class to get you out an about, all ages welcome and set at a pace all can keep up with, as there will be additional exercises along the way for those who would like that little extra, but bring the pram and get out doors, kick start summer the right way!

Water Running: A class conducted in the water. With water specific exercises to improve your recovery. Great for those who played sport on the weekend and want to learn how to use the water to better your performance and prevent injury.

Water Workout: This is an ideal form of exercise; it is fun, safe and non-weight bearing which makes it suitable for all ages, fitness levels and abilities. The Aqua Aerobics workout is accompanied by music in shallow and deep water, utilising water resistance for a full body workout.
