We have a special announcement to make! We have been working on an online solution to provide you with greater flexibility, convenience, and more options to connect with us.

Online customer portal

South Gippsland SPLASH will bring you a new online customer portal, with each member being allocated their very own personalised account.

This new service will provide you with your own personal login to empower you with the ease and convenience of: 

  • online bookings (viewing your group fitness classes or personal training sessions has never been easier – you can check availability and book online);
  • managing your membership (you can update your details or suspend your membership online);
  • making online purchases (you can visit the online shop feature to purchase single sessions);
  • online assessments (you can check your swimming lessons progression reports);
  • registering your absence (you can register your absence and book make-up swimming lessons).

From Friday 10 May 2024 you can access your customer portal whenever you need it.

You will be issued your login on Friday 10 May 2024 via an email with instructions on how to log in.

Please note you must have a unique email address to receive this email with your login details. If you are sharing an email with another member or pack holder, please update your email at the front desk by Tuesday 7 May 2024

Please be aware

South Gippsland SPLASH will continue to process your direct debits each fortnight. There are no additional fees or charge for this service for this new service, but please note that due to our system change, the reference on your bank statement from the debit on Tuesday 7 May 2024 may be slightly different from previous transactions.
